IndianapolisThe Indianapolis Colts today signed undrafted free agent running back Ulysses Bentley IV.
Bentley IV, 5-10, 200 pounds, played in 57 career games (16 starts) at Mississippi (2022-24) and SMU (2019-21) and registered 468 carries for 2,591 yards (5.5 avg.) and 28 touchdowns. He totaled 66 receptions for 484 yards (7.3 avg.) and three touchdowns. Bentley IV also contributed 19 kickoff returns for 410 yards (21.6 avg.). In 2024, he saw action in all 13 games (two starts) and recorded 84 carries for 419 yards (5.0 avg.) and five touchdowns. Bentley IV also hauled in 13 receptions for 99 yards (7.6 avg.). He earned Second Team All-AAC (2021) and First Team All-AAC honors (2020). Bentley IV was named AAC Co-Rookie of the Year in 2020.
